Research interests

Olivia joined the lab in 2021 with an interest in genomic instability and cancer and is co-mentored with Dr. Cristina Montagna at the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey. She is studying the role of age-related chromosomal aneuploidy in glioblastoma using human brain tissue samples and various techniques including Single Cell Whole Genome Sequencing and Multiplex Interphase Fluorescent in situ hybridization.
